The staff’s service was inconsistent; at the front bar and room service it was very slow. They wouldn’t bring wine glasses or a knife to cut fruit in our room. It felt very strange and a bit third‑world.

Being right by the beach with direct access from the hotel was a highlight, and the pools were pleasant. The breakfast offered many tasty options. However, the staff were unhelpful and not very friendly compared to other Vietnamese places we stayed at, and the resort didn't feel like a 5‑star. Room‑service prices were super super expensive.
