The location was fine because it’s close to São Paulo subway, but the neighborhood isn’t safe for nighttime walks. Breakfast was scheduled from 6.30 am to 10 am, yet it actually started at 7 am without any explanation, so I never made it. If you promise something better, deliver on it.

Great spot right next to the metro and good value. The hotel offers a restaurant, water fountain, mini‑market/ATM, hair/makeup station, washing machine, and more. One of the lamps in my room was burnt out, and when I requested a late checkout my card stopped working before the agreed time, but the front desk resolved it quickly.

Good location, helpful staff, solid facilities. The bed, however, made a lot of noise due to the mattress.
