The location and the air conditioning were nice, it was clean, the hosts were friendly, and the bathroom was large. There was no reception or breakfast. The entrance had rot, junk, and chipped paint. Across the blinds there was trash that wasn’t White’s responsibility but annoyed White’s guests.

I can’t rate the accommodation itself because Massimiliano had a problem with it just before we arrived and we couldn’t stay there. However, I must highlight Massimiliano’s kindness, seriousness, and great professionalism. When this hiccup happened, he immediately took charge and booked us a superb 3‑star hotel as a replacement so our stay could go smoothly. We really appreciated his quick response and the solution he offered. A hiccup can always happen, but how it’s handled makes all the difference, and Massimiliano was flawless. Thank you very much for his professionalism and care!

The place was in a good spot. The photos of the property are completely misleading. The entrance is through a dark, dingy corridor with no light and the walls of the stairs up to the room have mold on them. Our room had a window and entrance directly facing the restaurant, and it was on the same level as the restaurant, so in principle anyone could access the room easily. The owner said the restaurant closed early, but it was open until midnight. The shower was tiny and felt unclean. The room itself was okay. The overall experience was disappointing and unsatisfying. It seems like the rooms vary a lot, and the pictures are very misleading.

La struttura è centralissima, con camere arredate con gusto ed originalità. Il mare e le spiagge sono vicinissime e raggiungibili a piedi. Il personale e i titolari sono gentilissimi e pronti a qualsiasi suggerimento. Non secondario come aspetto è che la struttura condivide edificio e proprietà con un fantastico ristorante. Vivamente consigliato
