The location is nice and quiet. The host is very kind, and a drink on arrival is greatly appreciated. We had hoped for a stunning starry sky, but the full moon, half cloud cover, and plenty of lighting on the grounds ruined that. We also expected some kitchen tools for self‑cooking, but apparently there were none, nor were there any small bowls for breakfast. The futons were too hard for us, but that’s a matter of taste.

The staff welcomed me warmly and the service was excellent. I chose a plan with a BBQ area in the room because I had no camping experience, and it was the right choice. Outside, I could drink coffee and gaze at the sky, and buying a fire pit set from the shop let me enjoy a nighttime fire while looking up. The room didn’t have a toilet or bath, and the building’s age made me worry about my footsteps in the hallway, but the cleanliness and thoughtful touches made me satisfied.
