“Kommer aldrig tillbaka”

The location was great, but the place felt worn out.

“Good location, breakfast and friendly staff, but unacceptable cleanliness and disappointing handling”

The breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful, the hotel conveniently located, and parking was available, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. Although the room initially appeared clean, we found an empty bag of chips and chocolate wrappers beside and underneath the bed, which made us question whether the room had been properly cleaned before our arrival. Even worse, two of the towels in the bathroom appeared clean when folded, but when we unfolded them to use them, we discovered visible grey and brown stains. We reported these issues to reception, but the only solution provided was replacement towels. We were not offered a different room or any other meaningful resolution. Cleanliness and hygiene are basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and this experience fell well below an acceptable standard.

“Bra men dyrt och lite dåligt stödad toalett.”

The location was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have breakfast and a drink bar open in the evenings, but on the first day I found a strand of hair on the bathroom floor—hair is just gross, and the price for a mid‑week night was quite high.

The spot was ideal, yet the toilet paper holder fell off the wall.

“Nöjda på stora hela”

Everything was close and the staff were friendly, but the TV stopped working during our first day, which was a bit disappointing, and later we found the mattress in the loft bed to be very uncomfortable.
