The location is just outside the center, but convenient for reaching it. The apartment is bright and well organized, with a dedicated space for breakfast—coffee, water, tea, biscuits, milk, cereals, etc.—which is truly excellent. Cleaning and the key hand‑over process are also top quality.

New, clean, and comfortable rooms with a very tidy bathroom that had all the comforts; the breakfast area had a coffee machine, latte, and snacks available. The location was convenient in a quiet neighborhood with a bar and market nearby. The downside was the public transport in Terni: the routes are odd, the schedules are absurd, and on holidays you end up walking a lot.
