Located in Oia Village, Filotera Suites feature elegantly decorated, traditionally built accommodations with Aegean Sea and caldera views. Each air-conditioned suite has 1 or 2 separate bedrooms, a balcony, seating area, flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and coffee machine. On-site amenities include a restaurant, snack bar, pool bar, outdoor pool, hot tub, spa, and wellness centre, as well as free WiFi and private parking.

We loved the staff and their attentiveness. The breakfast on our deck overlooking the water was excellent, and the hot tub was a nice touch. The room was quaint but very small, so be prepared for that; however, all the other features and the location outweigh the size. It’s not a direct sunset view, but it’s close enough. The price is decent for the location, especially when you compare it to others.

I got the quintessential Santorini experience with a full caldera and sea view—though no sunset or sunrise. The staff were very friendly and respected our privacy. The room was a good size, cave‑like and minimalist, with plenty of space for four pieces of luggage; the bathroom and shower area could use some maintenance and repainting, as the walls were stained and plaster was peeling. The resort itself was a decent size with eight rooms, and the lowest room was right next to the common pool, about 70 steps up to the top walkway. The pool was clean and in good condition, opening at 8:00; we were told it closed at 6:00 pm even though no closing time was listed, and we would have liked more pool time. The jacuzzi in the lowest level room area was a few steps up to a patio; it was nice and secluded but needed upkeep, with a worn foam headrest that was cracked. Breakfast was on time and excellent, as we ate on a private outside deck near the jacuzzi. Loved it all.
