The establishment is ideally located. Everything was perfect! A magnificent room, wonderfully decorated, very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. The apartment is cosy and pleasant. You feel at home. We were extremely well welcomed. Our host, always smiling, took the time to show us good addresses, chatted with us. The breakfast was gargantuan. We had a very good stay.

“Un weekend che ci ha lasciato il cuore pieno di luce”

In Venice, the city of a thousand reflections, we discovered a place that is more than just a place to stay; it is a genuine and rare hospitality experience: Prima Luce. Consuelo, the owner, welcomed us as if we were an old friend returning from a long journey. Attentive, caring, authentic, she turns a simple stay into a small wellness ritual. She could really teach a university course in "Customer Experience" given how well she makes each guest feel unique and special. Breakfast? A whole other chapter. A table arranged with meticulous detail, aromas that invite you to linger a bit longer, sweets and savory flavors that tell a story of love and dedication. It is rare to feel so “spoiled” with such elegance and naturalness. My partner and I were absolutely fine: relaxed, pampered, grateful. And if we ever return to Venice, we already know where to book, without hesitation. Thank you, Consuelo. You made our "Prima Luce" a bright memory, just like its name.

This is the most amazing hospitality experience of my life. First, because it far exceeded my expectations. In reality, the place looks simply breathtaking. The blend of modern comfort with the atmosphere of an old house, the very green and beautiful courtyard garden where birds sing in the morning… In Venice. Where water and stone surround you. When I arrived, I just couldn’t believe it. It costs several times less than a room in an old, “tired” hotel overlooking the Grand Canal. Second, it’s the soul of the place, its owner and creator – Mrs. Consuelo. She took care of our stay long before we arrived, told us how to get there best and where to park. She met us at the parking lot, helped with our luggage, pointed out must-see spots, tasty restaurants, helped arrange a water walk… All of this was non‑intrusive and very sincere. If possible, I would give 10+10 – one for the house itself and another for Mrs. Consuelo. Thank you!
