The staff were helpful, the location was quiet with a lovely view, and everything else was excellent. The only slight drawback was that, even though the bungalow came with a coffee maker and a teapot, there were no bottled water, tea bags, or coffee packets available.

“Beautiful hideout surrounded by nature”

We had an amazing stay at Urlachi; Aytac welcomed us warmly and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The rooms were super cozy, offering breathtaking sunset and vineyard views, and the place is surrounded by fruit trees, nature, and farm animals—including young puppies and the funny dog Misha—making it perfect for a chill stay near Urla. Once you arrive, call them so they can open the electronic gate for you, and the breakfast was also perfect. The only downside is that some wineries are 5‑10 minutes by car, a bit too far to walk, but you can always call a taxi or ask for a lift.

“Abenteuerliches Farmerlebbis”

The staff were friendly, straightforward, and helpful, especially Aytaç, who made our farm stay effortless. The location is quiet, the dogs are friendly, the nature is lovely, and the proximity to the center is noteworthy. The only issue is that some tiny houses and certain spots on the farm need renovation.

“Scam !!”

Avoid this place at all costs. We arrived at the beginning of May and the online photos—on Instagram, Booking, and everywhere else—were completely misleading. We were told the house we originally booked supposedly had water damage, so we were moved to a different house, and it felt like they were totally unprepared. There was no proper check‑in, no explanation about the property, breakfast times, or anything else; they just brought us to the house and left. Nobody had informed us beforehand that we would not receive the house we booked, which was the main reason we chose this place. The replacement house was disgustingly dirty: stains everywhere, filthy dishes with old coffee stains, dirty cutlery, a bathroom full of rust and limescale, no toilet paper, stained sofas, a dirty fridge with ice buildup, and a bathroom/toilet door that wouldn’t close properly—there was a gap of at least 10 cm. Basic hygiene and maintenance were clearly neglected before guests arrived. We also saw garbage outside the house we had originally booked, making us doubt the “water damage” story. After about an hour in the accommodation, we decided to leave because it was simply uninhabitable—especially for the €400 charged for three nights on a farm. We contacted reception, and they said they needed to “clarify everything with Booking.”

“Lovely animals and tasty breakfast”

My stay at the red tiny house on Urlachi Farm was a mixed bag. I loved the seclusion and breathtaking views of the valley, and the staff's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Although they spoke little English, we managed to communicate effectively with the help of translation apps. The farm's animals, including cats, dogs, and farm animals, added to the charm, and the farm-to-table breakfast was some of the best I had during my two-week trip to Turkey.
