The air conditioning worked and the bedding and comforter were fine, but many items were missing from breakfast and the restocking took a long time; cups, cutlery, and plates were missing or delayed. The room towels were poor quality with small fibers. The staff didn’t explain parking clearly and the check‑in service was bad.

The bathroom was very dirty with sludge and slime on the tiles.

Everything was great and we loved it; there were no complaints, thank God.

Comfort was solid, but the price felt steep.
