The room was sound‑proofed, the staff courteous and helpful, the remote‑controlled air‑conditioner far more convenient than the central units, and the breakfast good. The beds had no toppers, which would have been useful. The pillows weren’t super soft, and the shower water pressure was not excellent. Nothing major, but if I had to find a complaint, that’s it. Also, on the fifth floor the pressure might be lower.

The staff were welcoming, the services were good and breakfast was enjoyable, but the bathroom toilet was dirty and the room’s air‑conditioner stopped working.

The A/c was just right, nice and cool on some very hot days. The refrigerator and microwave were a plus. Wifi was adequate. The TV was useless, but there were Italian channels. Having the supermarket adjoining was a great feature. The wine and cheese selection was exceptional and inexpensive. Hot and frozen prepared meals were excellent. Parking was excellent if you rent a car. No hangars in the closet. The hotel is generally in an isolated location for local interest, requiring a long walk or a costly cab/uber. There were limited convenient electric outlets.
