“Poor”

The location was fine, but the entrance to my room was difficult to open, as if it were stuck. The room had old, rusty furniture, an end table and lamp with scratches, exposed moldy pipes, no hot water for the shower, and a rusty pool fence with protruding wires that was dangerous. The pool water itself was moldy, with birds drinking from it and dropping droppings. The whole place needed significant maintenance or could even be condemned. The toilet area was filthy, with urine stains left from previous guests. The restroom door didn’t seal properly and was warped. The refrigerator had mold on its door strip, and the toilet paper dispenser was rusty. I couldn’t change TV channels because the batteries were different and there was no cover at the back.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. The shower’s water pressure was low and could use some improvement.

“Urine. No matter the cheap rate everyone who pays should get to stay in a sanitary environment.”

Nothing positive to mention. The place had a strong urine odor, the beds were as hard as rocks, and there was a gap at the bottom of the entry door wide enough for a watermelon. The TV stopped working and I couldn’t turn it back on. I left after only two hours, effectively giving them a free stay, and it was a disgusting place.

The rooms were clean and roomy, and I liked the kitchenette; the staff were friendly, and the place was quiet and peaceful. The only downside was the absence of a fishing pier.
