We were told the hotel was fully booked and offered an alternative that turned out to be a nightmare; we waited 30 minutes by the gate, the reception was empty, and no one attended us.

The bed itself was comfortable, but there were many issues: hot water lasted only 2 minutes, the room had no mirrors or side tables, and although checkout was listed as 10‑12, staff started knocking at 9.

The place was nothing like the pictures. NOTHING!!! There was a lot of construction going on, I didn't even stay, the power sockets were not working. There was nothing written, hence the refund request, which they have been withholding for so long. I have chats to prove it. I spent less than 10min on that site. I need my refund despite their cancellation policy because it was nothing like the advert.
