住客对酒店各方面的评价。
The location is spot on, surrounded by coffee shops and eateries, everything nearby. Service is excellent, every staff member from the front desk to the security guard is friendly and helpful. The facilities are a bit lacking and there’s no large room type available.

The hotel has no real charm, yet the rooms are spacious, very clean, and bright. The staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Overall, it offers great value for Surabaya.

The breakfast buffet was good and varied, heavily Asian with lots of rice, plus fruit and toast. However, we felt the price‑to‑value ratio wasn’t very good. The room wasn’t properly cleaned; after we asked, it was roughly cleaned again.

Cleaning was rather slap‑dash, the rooms lacked proper soundproofing and were constantly noisy.
