Hotel Palazzo Vannoni

We loved staying here as a family; the hotel is superb and the kids had a blast. Parking was right on site and the train station was literally next door, making trips to the Cinque Terre a breeze. The beach was just a two‑minute walk away. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, smiling and made us feel welcome. Our four‑person room was stunning, especially the gorgeous ceiling, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Nothing could be improved – everything was perfect, so we wholeheartedly recommend it. The Dijonnais 🇫🇷

The location was fantastic, the position excellent, the building well‑maintained and very beautiful, and the room enchanted us. The staff were courteous, helpful, and attentive to customers. The only negative I can think of is that the mattress quality could be improved. Overall, everything was very positive.

“Goed gelegen hotel met vriendelijk personeel”

The staff were excellent, very friendly and explained everything about the hotel and surroundings clearly. You have to be on your feet because the hotel sits on the first floor of a building and has a lift. The bathroom felt a bit cramped.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were superbly helpful, so I would highly recommend it. It is on the first floor, but once you’ve got your bags up it’s all easy!

Alberto and Elisa were remarkably kind and efficient, and we really appreciated that. Our train was 3 hours late and Alberto surprised us by coming to pick us up at the station even though that wasn’t planned. The room is spacious and the hotel is charming. The breakfast is very good, and the rest of the staff are smiling and pleasant. Note that the reception closes between 22 h and 7 h, I think. This hotel is on the 1st floor of a residential building. There is no elevator, but that worked perfectly for us. Thank you to the whole team. The light in the bathroom made me look 10 years older :) and that was verified on my 19‑year‑old daughter, I’m not in denial!
