The location was spot‑on and the staff were incredibly helpful, but the beds fell short of what I had imagined.

The bed was great, but the nun was a bit of a distraction.

The desk staff were very cordial and helpful, and they let us check in early after we had traveled 16 hours of flight.

The staff went above and beyond even though the hotel was full from a big conference; our room was spacious, very clean and well‑appointed, and everyone we spoke to was kind and smiling.
