住客对酒店各方面的评价。
I booked on 25‑01‑2026 with confirmation number 6006917943. The hotel was under construction/renovation at the time, so I couldn’t stay. No notification was sent, and securing a replacement booking required a lot of effort and a higher price.

The property was permanently closed when we arrived, and we had to hang up after more than 40 minutes of waiting on the phone. Everything was a mess.

It no longer existed! Read all the comments about this issue, the circumstances, the stress, the frustration, the time wasted, and the additional costs. As I mentioned, I found a nearby replacement accommodation (apparently through the same organization). VIA'S sent you their invoice electronically!

Spacious rooms and a central location within walking distance from the train station to the old town. Unfortunately, the hotel is closing soon and will no longer offer breakfast.

It’s impossible to give this hotel a proper rating since it shut its doors just three days after we arrived.
