“Excellent service, food and attention. everything was lovely”

The hotel was really clean and beautiful, but the rooms were a bit on the small side. Still, it was a great place to stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail.

This hotel's got a fantastic location and the staff are really friendly, plus they've got some nice amenities. However, my room faced an inner courtyard and on the day I arrived, there was a loud party going on with a mic and speakers till 10 PM, it was super noisy even with the windows closed. The beds are a bit old-fashioned and collect some dust, which was a bit of a letdown.

“Zeer goed hotel op een toplocatie”

The staff were really welcoming, the breakfast was amazing, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. The rooftop bar had a fantastic view and the hotel's location in Quito's historic center was perfect. That said, our rooms didn't have outside windows, which wasn't clear from the description - but the rooms themselves were nice and comfy.

“The staff was very gracious, courteous and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful”

The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options and great coffee. Dinner upstairs was mostly good, although a couple of dishes were too salty for my liking - and they were out of the yellow fin tuna, which I'd been looking forward to trying. The music in the courtyard was a bit too loud, but at least they turned it off at a reasonable hour.

“Best place to stay in Quito”

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast and rooftop bar were highlights of my stay. The hotel felt really safe, which was a big plus. One downside was that the rooms were pretty chilly - no heat to speak of.
