“Thumbs down”
They need to upgrade; it just doesn’t feel safe. Safety was my main concern because someone was working on a car outside, giving the place a weird vibe.
The hotel itself was a breath of fresh air - the rooms were spotless, the shower was amazing, and the whole place felt really comforting. But, unfortunately, the walls are paper-thin, and I could hear everything from the next room, including some pretty raucous "antics".
The area around this hotel is pretty lively, with plenty of shops and hotels nearby. Unfortunately, the customer service here left a lot to be desired. I had to deal with some pretty unhelpful staff, which was a shame given the convenient location.

The room had a clean scent, but a meth pipe burned on the bathroom counter, and the ice machine was broken. The front desk staff spoke no English and tried to deny our reservation. There was no towel rack or toilet paper in the bathroom; the paper was left on the floor. The trash can was used as a water catch under the sink. There were tweakers everywhere around the hotel.
“GREAT NICE SPACIOUS ROOM”
This place had some good qualities, like being clean and quiet, but the owner was way too pushy and rude. On the other hand, the staff and workers were really friendly and helpful, which made a big difference.
