The hotel’s location lets you walk into town in about 5 minutes, and I really enjoyed the thermal spa.

The room is large but not a suite; the sheets had holes and smelled unpleasantly of cleaning chemicals, the hallway to the Caracalla Therme through the underground parking is impossible to navigate and poorly signposted, and wearing a bathrobe makes you feel like a fool when you have to walk at least 800 m through the parking; the hotel is too expensive, especially when other Baden‑Baden hotels offer their own pool and underground parking.
