It’s close to the city centre and there’s an elevator. The accommodation was incredibly noisy, with no soundproofing (single glazing, windows that don’t close well, thin wooden doors). The bedding was horrible; our mattress had holes and sagging. The bathroom was separate from the bedroom, the shower door was broken, and there was water everywhere. We couldn’t sleep in this B&B, thank God we only stayed one night.
“Per dormirci solo va anche bene”
The building is in a central area. Overall everything was mediocre, the shower lacked two panes of glass, and the room was smaller than the photos.
“Need to improve their service”
The spot was great. We showed up at 2 AM (after letting them know) to find the building door locked, had no entry instructions, and the host wasn’t picking up the phone; after fifteen minutes another guest helped us in and contacted the owner. The shower screen was gone—apparently broken—so the bathroom floor flooded every shower, the sofa backrest was broken, and the balcony was far smaller than the photos showed and had no chairs, only enough space to stand.
“For one or two nights acceptable, wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay”
The apartment is very central and has a free coffee machine. The AC was very loud. The walls were very thin overall, so you hear other guests and street noise day and especially night. The mattress was quite uncomfortable, probably already worn out. Towels had red and yellow stains, and one cushion cover had red stains too. After we asked for clean towels it took 5 days to receive them. Other furniture also had stains. The shower was missing a door, so the bathroom nearly flooded every time. Apparently that will be fixed at the end of this season.
