Everything was perfect. I received a message telling me I would have to pay a fee for not completing my reservation. I spent a day on site and, unfortunately, couldn’t extend my stay, but I paid for the night.

There was no problem. The room had a cigarette smell, the floor was dirty, the shower was broken along with the shower head, and there was a damp odor in the bathroom.

The staff were helpful, friendly, attentive, and very professional. The property is currently being refreshed and will be perfect once the renovations are finished.

I found the place spotless, and the self‑check‑in machine was quick and painless.
