The hotel was quiet, letting you relax, and the lake view was nice. The carpet in the room was dirty. An older gentleman who ran the spa area kept appearing, checking the sauna door several times while a woman was inside, and he made unnecessary comments about how to shower before entering the pool.

“Small improvements can make it excellent”

The owners and staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant terrace offered a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. There was a sauna and a small indoor pool for guests, and a place to store bikes. The room was clean, but the old carpet on the floors could have been cleaner. The beds were comfortable, and the TV and air conditioning worked well. However, several essential elements were missing or not as described. The wellness area promised a wide range of treatments and rituals, yet none were available on site, which was a key reason for choosing this place. The advertisement claimed access to multiple saunas and a jacuzzi, but only one dry sauna was open, and the small jacuzzi operated only from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The steam sauna and hammam were closed, and the gym was in poor condition. The room was not cleaned and towels were not changed during our five‑day stay, which was unpleasant, especially since there was no way to dry the towels in the room or on the balcony.

The wonderful old lady who manages everything is always smiling and makes sure everyone is satisfied :) The view from the window is amazing. It isn’t a modern resort, but it is clean and comfortable.
