Nothing pleased us; the overnight stay was cancelled the night before for vague reasons, leaving us stranded in Rome with no accommodation. The cancellation on the day before arrival was a disaster for us pilgrims traveling with backpacks and no PC.
The bathroom had a bad odor.
I had a wonderful stay! The days I spent here were perfect, especially because it was so easy to get to the metro and explore the city from there. The room was very clean, organized, and comfortable. The lady handling reservations was absolutely lovely and very kind throughout my stay. Everything made my experience even better. I would definitely stay here again!

The host was exceptional, a truly remarkable person who went beyond what we expected. Check‑in was at 15:00, but Michele had us in early because it was 36 °C outside and the fridge water was cold; she kept our luggage until 18:00 after checkout and more. We thank her for that. Those details mattered to us more than, say, the size of the bathroom. It’s a small, intimate place, depending on what you’re after. It’s close to metro and bus stops, and Zara and many other shops, restaurants, gelato are nearby.
