The service was perfect and very good; give a shout‑out to the room‑attendant who was attentive and pleasant. The hotel is super clean, located in the centre with everything close enough to walk, and the street is great. We’ll definitely come back when we return to Madrid. Thank you. No complaints to add.

The location was great and the staff responded quickly.

The cleanliness was great. The only downside is that there is no administrative staff on site; everything is handled by email, so if a problem arises you have no one to talk to.

There was no breakfast option available. The hotel was close to the city center and had the charm of an old establishment. The environment was very bright, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom equipment felt a bit outdated.
