The single room was simple but sufficient (with AC) for a shower and a nap before the night bus— the hotel is close to the bus station (8 min on foot). There was no hot water.

I had read bad reviews about this place but didn’t know why; I checked in for one night and kept extending! It’s clean, the AC is good, the shower is nice, and they give extra blankets if needed. If you’re in Manila or Sampaloc, this is the best budget hotel you’ll find.
