The cabins were stunning, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the owners were extremely friendly and attentive to everything, and the location was perfect, just steps from everything.

The cabins were well‑situated, clean, and fully equipped. The room was small and the photos were misleading; not every cabin has a kitchen—just a kettle, a mini fridge, plates, and cutlery, but no place to wash or cook. During our stay the cabin window didn’t close properly, letting in a lot of cold. We reported it, but the owner was away in Futaleufu, so nothing could be fixed while we were there.

Although the hotel didn't include breakfast in the rate, I think it's a great place to stay, and adding breakfast would make it perfect. The location is superb, right in the city center and close to everything. My only suggestion would be to include breakfast in the rate, especially for guests who opt for rooms rather than cabins.
