The information was inconsistent and my stay wasn’t listed in their records; I also couldn’t see it on the LATAM website. Nothing else.

The location, pool, bed, room and bathroom were all large. The Wi‑Fi was weak, the towels were old, there were no blankets, breakfast fell far below expectations, and the shower was weak.

The pool was great, the room was quiet, and the afternoon reception staff were very helpful and attentive to my requests, but the room door didn’t lock from the inside.
