I stayed in a quiet room with a lovely view, and the staff were friendly. However, the mobile pass arrived late and I had no phone to use it, so it was unusable.
The employees were friendly and the dinner was very tasty. The room was cozy and offered a stunning mountain view. I slept very well and the breakfast was fantastic!
The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and extensive. A bus starts right in front of the hotel to reach the train line toward Merano. Some aspects still carry the charm of the seventies, such as the décor and the bathroom…
The staff were helpful, very friendly and attentive! The room was clean but located on the level of the bell tower, though the bell didn’t bother me. The breakfast was generous and excellent. In the evening only a menu was offered, but it was extensive and tasted great. The price‑value ratio for the location and surroundings is good.
The church bell rings every quarter hour during the night, which is annoying.
