“Service is the key”
no breakfast type, except that it is within walking distance to Ambarrukmo Plaza, the OWNER of this place needs to hire an extra staff to maintain the homestay cleanliness. The first day we were welcomed by the emerald-colored tiny pool, due to heavy deposited moss- seemingly neglected for weeks. The pool was being cleansed by the only young staff. It took the pond sort of 20 hours till we could see its tiles the very next day. The first night was decent enough, despite the cracked-screen TV in my room and rather-below mediocre cleanliness that i could still compromise. Second nite was catastrophic as my AirCond stopped working with cracking-noises. The friendly staff didnot have his capacity to fix it, sure enough it was around 9 pm. Unable to sleep in the packed-heating room, we had to re-do our luggages at 9.30s pm and search an emergency hotel around the area, so we could breathe and sleep another nite. Compensation ?? Not a penny of compensation was offered. I had to spend another bucks to pay another hotel as the first home-stay had no extra room left . IF ONLY the OWNER had paid enough serious attention to the maintenance of the home stay, the facilities would have been in their utmost performance and no customer had to feel the disappointment the way we had
No tiene nada que ver con las fotos, la piscina parece un estanque en vez de una piscina, la Habitación sucia y con humedades, no se la aconsejo ni a un enemigo, fue llegar y ponerme a buscar otra estancia, no dure ni 10 minutos en el establecimiento
The exterior facilities are dirty, and there are many mosquitoes in the room. The pool is unclean and not suitable for swimming at all.
