When I booked, I specifically requested clean bathroom and bed sheets; upon arrival with my family, the staff were playing cricket in the hotel area and there was no cleanliness at all. The real issue is that the website says no advance is required, yet once you book you get a call asking for money because they know families will be upset, so you end up paying an extra advance for free. That’s what happened to me.

The location was right in the main bazar, but the place was extremely dirty with flies everywhere; even the non‑smoking rooms carried a smoke smell, the price was too high, and the management was very poor.

I booked for foreign clients and asked the owner to ensure the room and washroom were neat and clean, yet when we arrived the toilet had a condom in it, the room was unclean, and the air‑conditioning didn’t work. It was a humiliating situation in front of my foreign clients and absolutely horrible.
