The service was good.

I booked a room but they didn't allow us; the customer service was very poor.

We didn't even stay because we paid in, so the servant did not receive the payment and he is very irritating, so I want to cancel my room. Very poor response and the servant was arrogant.

The room was not clean, and the bed is full of bedbugs. I didn't like anything about this property; it's just a scam of money.

The location was fine. The cleanliness of the rooms was bad, and even a basic drinking water bottle was not provided to the guest.
