The property was closed while under demolition and I wasn’t informed until I pulled into the parking lot and saw a bulldozer. I later received a text saying the hotel had been closed for over a month, with no contact from the hotel or bookings.

We used to love staying there. We made a reservation in April for the middle of May. When we got there it was closed and being demolished. The building they booked us in wasn't even going to be open for two more weeks. We never got notified and only found out when my husband found a phone number on the office door. The person he talked to was rude and said sorry you'll have to find somewhere else to stay. Thankfully we hadn't paid for the room yet and were able to find other accommodations for almost double the cost! Very disappointed! We've been going here for the last 4 years
