The décor was very beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly, but we were disappointed that we couldn't enjoy their excellent breakfast because of a local festival.
“RELAJANTE Y SALUDABLE”
The hotel is beautiful and full of charm, and the owners are delightful and very kind. Moisés attended us and was very responsive to all our requests, and we really liked the food. A great weekend, highly recommended. If you love nature, go for it. We might have missed a TV in the room, but with Wi‑Fi we managed; the calm and tranquility plus the scenery more than made up for it.

Good treatment, like home, calm and great location. The only downside was no TV.
Moisés was the only one who tried to make us comfortable, and the room was a good size and very new. Silvia’s treatment was awful; we had to go to the pool bar to get the keys because check‑in was from 13 to 16 h and we were on the road. The air‑conditioning was too strong and unadjustable. We received neither breakfast nor dinner, and we had to wash the towels because they smelled bad; they didn’t pick them up from the floor, showing poor cleaning. Even until the last day we were not told that we could use the village pool for free. There was no TV and the internet wasn’t found by the phone (inoperative?). The street door was locked with a key… we don’t know if there’s another emergency exit.

We loved the space, the perfect blend of rustic and modern style. Everything was very clean and well decorated. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was pretty, modern, and very clean. The hotel temperature was ideal, showing that they invested in insulation. The staff is very friendly, and it’s nice to chat with them. I have nothing negative to say.
