The hotel was helpful and centrally located, yet the room was advertised as quadruple but turned out to be a triple; they supplied an extra air mattress.
The location and staff were great, but the value couldn't be lower.
“Would stay again”
The room was spacious with ample storage, a comfortable bed and pillows, and the staff were friendly; it was also well situated near Hudson Yards and the Javits Center.
“No volveré”
The location was fine, but the cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired.
