“Charmigt boende med mycket god service!”
The hotel is small and charming, within walking distance of train connections and other transport. The breakfast is “Swedish” in terms of a continental spread—better than what you’d expect abroad—with plenty of spreads and good bread. The owner was present during breakfast and we had a pleasant chat. It feels homely. The room was spacious and cozy, with a very comfortable bed. Even with a late check‑in, it went smoothly, although the reception was unmanned at that time; the owner helped over the phone. Very welcoming!
Bike holiday on the new Ljungleden with friends. Very nice rooms and a good chance to charge an e‑bike and sit outside in the evening for a cup of coffee. Great location in central Vårgårda. I had requested a lactose‑free diet in the booking, but it was arranged after I asked at breakfast. Still fine. A little green on the breakfast table otherwise everything was fine. The host was friendly and shared information about the history and activities of the buildings—interesting.

Friendly service. The room was a bit isolated. Small but very pleasant and well‑maintained. I didn’t receive information about how to call when the reception/main building was empty, but that was solved excellently when I rang up. Everything was very well prepared when I arrived.
