The hotel's location was a major letdown, but I guess that's what I get for booking here. Unfortunately, the place was a mess, and the staff didn't exactly scream 'welcome'. They seemed more interested in their phones than helping guests.

The hotel's staff were absolutely fantastic, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I was a bit worried about the language barrier, but they all spoke excellent English and were super friendly. The staff were always available to help, whether it was with directions, recommendations, or just a friendly chat. They really made my stay feel special.
