“Exceptional service, wonderful staff, and a peaceful stay!”

Being a solo woman, I felt completely secure here; in Azerbaijan only a handful speak English, yet the team was exceptionally trained, friendly, and human. They welcomed me warmly and assisted with everything from taxi arrangements and metro cards to my visa paperwork, guiding me swiftly. Special thanks to receptionist Emine, whose intelligence, professionalism, and meticulousness were impressive. Omar at the front desk was also outstanding—caring, detail‑oriented, and ensured every small need was handled smoothly. Chef Jumana prepared delightful dinners daily. The service level was extraordinary, fulfilling requests in just 5 to 10 minutes. Rooms were immaculate and soundproof, offering a calm and pleasant stay. I’d choose this hotel over large chains any day.

The hotel is very nice, very clean, and the staff are cheerful. I stayed 5 days and was very satisfied. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Around the hotel there are restaurants, parks, and the metro is a 5‑minute walk, so getting to the city center was very easy for me and my family. It’s a very suitable hotel for families and I recommend it to everyone. I also thank the staff very much 👏👍👏👍👏👍👏👍🙏🙏🙏🙏

All, rooms are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious. Warm atmosphere.
