The price listed on the booking site was different from what we saw in person; you cannot check in at the hotel, and no one answers the phone or responds to reservation inquiries in person.

The spot was convenient for a stop‑over, but we had booked a room and, because of heavy traffic, couldn’t arrive before 20:00; all attempts to contact the hotel by email or phone failed, and despite the 24/7 reception claim we got no answer. We tried to check in with the self‑service kiosk after 21:00, but none of our booking or confirmation numbers were accepted, forcing us to purchase a new room that cost more than 50 % extra. Other guests faced the same issue, and with the morning reception unmanned and staff clueless, I still have no idea how to get my money back.

The hotel is comfortable on the highway. In the end I paid twice as much. They hadn’t seen my booking on Booking, so they didn’t send the access code for entry. I had to use self‑check‑in and pay the double rate. I complained to the staff the next morning, but received no response or price adjustment. Service was awful and the welcome was terrible.
