The flat offered good value, good location, hygiene and accommodation, but we had to bring our own swimwear and bedding, which we didn’t have to do before.

All the exterior common areas were nice, yet the apartment itself was uncomfortable, the bed and mattresses were sheet‑like, there was a lack of cleanliness, the bathroom was dirty with grime on the shower curtains, and the armchair had not been cleaned. We were four people as we had informed for our stay, and the kitchen utensils were for three. Outside the apartment everything was great; I would return but would probably look for another unit.

Everything was neatly organized—from the check‑in process to the layout of the rooms. It made moving around a breeze.

The place was super organized, the cleaning got top marks and the staff were spot‑on. I couldn’t think of anything that needed fixing.

“Flat "precisando de um dono"”

The condo’s beachfront location and its short walk to Acquaventura park are definite pluses, and the overall infrastructure feels solid. On the downside, the unit shows its age: paint is peeling, appliances are corroded by sea air, and cabinets and light fixtures are dirty and loose. The mattresses and sofa are sagging, and the kitchen and bathroom weren’t cleaned properly—there was soap residue on the glass shelf and the shower door squeaks, clearly needing new rollers.
