A private balcony provides a city view, and the room includes sound‑proofing, hardwood or parquet floors, air purifiers and full wheelchair accessibility with a private entrance. Two beds plus a sofa bed accommodate up to three guests, with a crib available, and the unit offers a safety deposit box, child‑safety socket covers, baby safety gates and a mosquito net. Two private bathrooms feature bidets, hairdryers, free toiletries, towels, slippers and a bath or shower, while a flat‑screen TV, minibar and free Wi‑Fi complete the in‑room amenities.

“Enttäuschend”
The only positive was the friendly staff member who welcomed us at check‑in. Apart from that, nothing satisfied us. The room was clean upon arrival, but during our three‑day stay it was never cleaned again despite repeated requests; towels were never changed. We repeatedly asked for a “Please clean room” sign, and each time we were assured it would be brought to our room – it never happened. Eventually we had to call and ask for toilet paper, and only one roll was brought. I have never experienced such poor room service; it is shameful and utterly disappointing for a hotel.

The location might be a plus because it’s very close to the airport, about 10 minutes away. I booked two rooms, a single on the 6th floor; the bathroom had no toilet paper, the smell was awful, and room 601 had no window – I would not recommend it.

The location is nice, the reception staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is somewhat good. The room is very small, especially for two people. The only downside is that a thin, tall man who takes the luggage had a bad look and spoke from a distance; when I entered the room, he was still with the luggage, which delayed delivery to the room.
