“Very unpleasant run down broken facility without maintenance.”

I didn't get any breakfast. The housekeeping staff were all friendly and tried to solve the many problems I encountered, but they could only do so much. Buckle up I have a long list of things that were either broken, missing, not as promised. After checking in I walked up two flights of stairs to my room. The 2nd floor hallway had many ceiling lights burned out. The hall was very dark. My room had horrible florescent wall fixtures that did not light the room, but cast shadows throughout. The bathroom only had one light source, a narrow band of florescent light around the mirror. The room was extremely dim. The general cleanliness of the room was very poor. The floors needed vacuumed and mopped to clean the overt dirt , dust and lint balls. The listing for this motel advertised cable TV via Direct TV. There was a list of about 20 "available channels ". There were only maybe 3 channels that had a fairly consistent signal but each of those had a great deal of static in audio and video continuously. Watching any program was difficult if not impossible. The TV remote had overt dirt and stains over its surface. I cleaned it with two alcohol swabs to disinfect and then sprayed it with Lysol surface disinfectant. There was still stains on it. The room had a peep hole in door that was as big around as a dime. I blocked that with tissue so people in hall couldn't see into room. There was coffee, cups creamer etc on top of the fridge but no coffee maker. I stayed at this location for three nights. Housekeeping didn't approach me at all to see if I needed clean towels, trash emptied or anything else. I finally asked them for towels at the end of day two. While taking a shower the water was really hard to regulate hot/cold. I finally achieved a comfortable temp and started closing the full length glass door. The very heavy door came off the frame and rollers and fell inwards towards me. Not sure how but I managed to stop it falling and eventually left it back onto rollers. That equipment failure could easily ended in injury or death

“Would never consider staying there again.”

It felt very unsecured. Multiple signs posted regarding theft. Lots of sketchy people hanging around. No onsite front desk clerk- check in was by kiosk only. The entire building was unkept and dirty. Our room had hair in floor and mirrors were filthy. Sink and shower did not appear clean
