The attitude toward guests was terrible. The receptionist talked in a very rude and arrogant tone, as if we were not guests but personal visitors who were irritating him. For basic questions he answered with displeasure and couldn’t explain anything properly. There was no politeness, no service, and no basic respect for guests.

The location is a plus. The front desk area is just awful; inside the room there was no cookware, the bedding was unclear without a duvet cover, there was dampness, and there were no face towels—just that.
