“Bad Experience, not worth of mney”
Almost all the equipment was broken, the coffee machine didn’t work, the food never arrived in the room, the shower and the heater were out of order, and everything had to be re‑installed.

We had to wait at least an hour before checking in, even though we had already mentioned our arrival time when booking.
The location was great and the food was excellent.
“It was ok”
The location was good and the staff were very courteous; the food was okay and the pool was clean and nice. However, the washrooms had a drain‑water smell even though they looked clean, there was no staff at the pool to hand out towels, the elevators weren’t working at all, the towels had stains and I had to replace them twice and they still had stains. At the breakfast table there were flies, and there were food plates outside the rooms attracting flies, so the staff should be more proactive about checking those things.
