Frühstuck war super, sehr nettes Personal alles top. Parkplätze waren alle besetzt ist halt eben so. Es gibt schlimmeres. Nicht gefallen hat uns im Bad die schlechte Beleuchtung am Waschbecken. Da kann man doch sicherlich für eine zusätzliche Beleuchtung sorgen

The rooms were clean and tidy, and we especially liked the dinner, nicely plated and delicious, with the evening staff being friendly and attentive. However, check‑in was listed as starting at 14:00, and when we arrived at 16:00 the door was locked; we called the landline and mobile four times but no one answered. Only at 17:00 did a young man appear, without greeting or apology, which was the bare minimum. The breakfast cost an extra 15 € per person for the roll, which was unacceptable, and I had to ask the young man for an extra cup of coffee.

The hotel is right next to the castle and everything is within walking distance. Even though the check‑in window was 14:00‑19:00, we arrived at about 16:15 and no one was there, so we had to call. The staff told us that check‑in was actually possible from 17:00, but we still managed to get in.
