住客对酒店各方面的评价。
The décor was very tasteful and the staff were excellent, plus the location was great and the breakfast menu was a smart choice. The only drawback was that the room was small and I didn’t like the frosted bathroom door that let me see into the shower and toilet.

The highlight was the exceptional service from Ricardo, who was very friendly and generous.

The staff and location were good. I would have liked the breakfast hours to start 30 minutes earlier.

The place was clean and close to the metro, and Dylan at reception made everything so easy and helped guide us in Italy! The AC was locked on auto and it was hot.

The location is great, just a two‑minute walk from Termini station, and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms need a refresh: mine had plaster marks along the walls, which isn’t a big deal for me, but at 271€ a night you notice those things… The “gym” has 2‑3 cardio machines and one machine that combines leg extension, lat pulldown, and something else all in one. There are a few dumbbells that weigh less than 15kg. End.
