The staff are very courteous and helpful, and the reception area looks good. However, the property seems to lack proper maintenance both inside and outside. The bathrooms were not clean and had poorly maintained fixtures. The air conditioner took nearly an hour to cool even a small room. The refrigerator was functioning, but overall the upkeep needs significant improvement.

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as the room I was initially given was in a terrible condition, with a lot of insects, mold, and a terrible smell. Despite asking for a new room twice, none of the alternatives were any better. The staff was nice, but their efforts were overshadowed by the hotel's poor maintenance. We had to leave early due to health concerns and were unable to get a refund from the booking platform, which made our experience even more frustrating.

“good experience”

My stay at this hotel had its positives and negatives. On the plus side, the beach was lovely, but unfortunately, the water heater had a very slow flow, which was a bit of a drawback.
