The venue is stunningly beautiful and well maintained, the atmosphere is idyllic and calm right in the heart of the medina. Hamza, one of the staff, was exceptionally attentive and kind—thanks for making our stay even better!

“Riad preciso en pleno barrio de La Medina”

We stayed five nights with two families of teenagers, and overall the experience was very pleasant. The riad is truly beautiful, with a lovely, well‑kept décor. The inner garden feels like a small oasis amid the bustle of La Medina. The rooms are very nice and the cleaning, though could use a few tweaks, is quite good. Breakfast was tasty, and each morning they made us special scrambled eggs. The best part was the staff—always attentive and very friendly—and especially their help and willingness to arrange airport‑to‑riad transfers, excursions, and other bookings like the Hamman. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the terrace because it was under renovation, and there was some noise from repairs in certain rooms during the day, which took away some tranquility, but since we were outside the riad most of the day it barely bothered us.

I stayed in the suite at Il Riad and it was stunning in every way; the room was huge and fully equipped, and the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. We’ll definitely come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this riad and cannot recommend it enough! The riad itself is incredibly beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. At times, it was so lovely inside that we almost didn’t want to leave and go explore the city! Our room was cleaned regularly, and there was always someone available 24/7 if we needed anything. The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The breakfasts he prepared were absolutely delicious, and we especially appreciated how thoughtful he was when we had early excursions — he would prepare breakfast earlier for us or pack it to take with us. The location is also perfect, very close to the heart of the Medina and the souks, making it easy to explore everything on foot. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
