The staff were extremely kind and very helpful, but the toilet was leaking.

The location was great, close to everything, but the air was humid and poorly ventilated.

“ALL the staff were exceptional.”

The room was spacious, the bathroom was well appointed but I wished it had a bathtub, which some rooms offer. The windows open and the view is nice. It’s located on Sukhumvit 18 and the pool deck is very pleasant. The rooftop bar is ordinary, and the breakfast could have been better.

“Great mid range stay, property is in an excellent position for zipping up and down the green line.”

A decent mid‑range hotel with a lovely front desk. The staff were incredibly accommodating, storing my medication and luggage when I arrived early, and they helped with a couple of alternative arrangements during my stay. On arrival the room had a smoking smell from the previous guest, but a room change was handled quickly and without fuss, which is how customer complaints should be dealt with. The front desk staff were very efficient.

“Always amazing staff”

The Arte keeps winning me over. From the doormen to the receptionists, the staff are amazing and make you feel special. The rooms are always immaculate, and the balcony doors are double‑glazed to keep out noise. It’s still my go‑to after all this time.
