Персонал отличный. Хозяина стоит беречь этот персонал. Он украшает отель не хуже, чем интерьер отеля. Начну с того, что это не отель, а гостевой дом. Гостевой дом с жадным хозяином, который сам живёт в другом городе, но находится на связи по телефону. Взял с меня больше денег, чем предлагал Букинг.ком Вместо 145 евро взял 200 долларов за две ночи. Что на 35 долларов больше. Я думал он даст сдачу, но этого не было. Во время чек аут сказал, что 35 долларов это за два завтрака. За 35 долларов я бы мог в ресторане Герлы поесть. Не рекомендую никому и Букингу не рекомендую сотрудничать с обманщиками
“Why does it have such a rating on Booking?!”
Location is the only good thing about this place, being in downtown Gherla. I don't even know how to call this place: it's neither a hotel, nor a guest house. It is a lousy business of the Monte Negro Orthodox Church, in Gherla. Yes, they don't say that in the ads, you just wonder if you got the right place when you get in front of the door. 3-4 times more expensive for what it has to offer! The room was small, with a squeaky bed and floors. Poorly illuminated, old pine furniture (probably dating from 1970's). They make you pay for the stay upon your arrival, most likely they know why! Unfortunately I booked/ paid the room for almost a week. I really felt like living in a poor student room, not renovated for ages! Also, it's not "adult only", as they highlight: I have seen kids and heard them playing in the room after 23:00. I don't recommend this establishment!

Muy limpio y unos muebles estilo barroco preciosos . Una tranquilidad y silencio absoluto para descansar. El personal muy amable , todo muy limpio y el desayuno muy rico

Mais ça ne suffit pas à compenser le reste. ❌ Très déçu par le petit déjeuner et le service client ❌ Séjour dans un hôtel 3 étoiles, mais franchement, ça ne les mérite pas. Petit déjeuner à 15€ pour un petit plat et un gâteau, sans jus, sans buffet, alors que le site annonce clairement un buffet servi de 7h30 à 10h30. À 9h30, rien n’était prêt… inadmissible. J’ai demandé un geste commercial, vu le service inexistant, mais le responsable m’a simplement répondu qu’il ne faisait pas ça. Incroyable pour un établissement censé offrir un minimum de considération à ses clients. Et pour comparer : la veille, dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, le petit déjeuner était plus complet, avec un vrai buffet, et moins cher ! 💸 Service client inexistant, prix excessifs, et une impression générale de s’être fait avoir. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel
